To quit, you hit ESC, sometimes twice.
As you may have already experienced, once started, you won't find a way to exit by looking for a File > Exit dropdown menu. There are no dropdown menus across the top.
And you can't use the original Windows convention, ALT + F4 or the more recent CTRL + W to close it.
ESC is the way.
